At Trita Ayurved, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read the following policy carefully and contact us for assistance.

How to initiate a return or refund:
If you wish to return a product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at tritaayurveda@gmail.com with the subject line “Return and Refund Request” and include your order ID and reason for return. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

Return conditions:
You can request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

Wrong product delivered

Expired product delivered

Damaged product delivered (physical damage or tampered packaging)

Incomplete order (missing products)

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting us at tritaayurveda@gmail.com or call +91 8979285111. Beyond this window, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

Refund processing:
Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, please allow 36 to 48 hours for refund processing. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Items not eligible for return/refund:

Products missing original packaging, labels, or mono cartons

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date

Reports of damage or missing items submitted after 2 days from delivery

Orders placed during promotional offer periods are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or refunds

Shipping charges on returns:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, expired, or damaged product).
