If you received the wrong item:
Email us at tritaayurveda@gmail.com or call +91 8979285111 within 2 days of delivery. Our customer support team will promptly help resolve the issue.

If your item arrived damaged:
Please email your order ID along with a photo of the damaged product to tritaayurveda@gmail.com or call +91 8979285111 within 2 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to assist you.

If you simply did not like the product:
Contact us at tritaayurveda@gmail.com or +91 8979285111, and our team will respond within 24 hours to address your concerns.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing them. After this window, cancellations cannot be processed.

Shipping Details:

We ship only within India via DTDC courier service.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 3-4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a shipping charge of INR 60 applies.

Return and Refund Conditions:
Products may be returned or refunded only if:

Damaged product or tampered packaging

Incomplete order (missing items)
Please allow 36-48 hours for refund processing, which will be credited to the original payment method.
